David earned his license in 2008, initially focusing on investments. Behind the scenes, Brittany became the other half of the business—marketing, communicating with clients, managing details, and keeping transactions moving.
In 2016, Brittany earned her license and stepped forward to lead the residential side of the business.
It turned out to be exactly where each of us belonged.
David gravitates toward investments, numbers, and the business side of real estate.
Brittany gravitates toward people—the conversations, relationships, strategy, and guidance that help clients feel confident in their next move.

Real Estate is about houses.
But my work has always been about people.
No matter what season of life I’m in, my heart is drawn towards people.
Whether it’s creating meaningful experiences, having hard conversations, listening to what really matters, seeing people, or walking beside them through stressful or major life transitions—those are the things that make my work meaningful.
My first career as a wedding coordinator was about that.
My career in real estate is about that.
Being a mom to four precious and crazy kids is about that.
And whatever God calls me to next, I have a feeling it will be about that too.
