David Rusaw is the team lead and has been in the real estate business for over 18 years now! He specializes in land, new builds, investment properties and property management. He is a master of numbers and finding his investors the best deals available. Growing up in Colorado, David has many connections to the owners and developers of several local companies. 

Brittany Rusaw has been working alongside David in Colorado Real Estate for the past 18 years. She specializes in Luxury homes, residential resale real estate and relocation. Her passion is people. Helping people get the best possible deal for their home and getting them into the home of their dreams! Her strength comes in being able to really "hear" what her clients need and cater to their unique situation.  

Dave Rudd is a licensed Agent for The Rusaw Team and our Buyer Specialist. He has over 10 years worth of sales experience and his passion is customer service. He is creative and aggressive when it comes to finding what his clients are looking for and fights for their best interest.  Building relationships that last is what Dave desires.
